Dr. Smith, an orthopedic surgeon, and graduate of Loma Linda University, has been instrumental in the establishment & operations of Adventist Compassion Care, Inc. This nonprofit was spearheaded by dentists and physicians in Red Bluff, CA to deliver medical and dental gratis care to their under-served communities. The combined efforts of clergy, laity and health professionals has been essential for its success.
